Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking a Process Trainer (Financial Campaign) to contribute to training needs analysis, course design, content development, and delivery at our BGC Taguig site. The role focuses on F&A campaigns with strong communication and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in BPO, including 2 years as a trainer, and will work onsite with shifting schedules. A comprehensive benefits package including HMO and life insurance is provided.

Qualifications

• Training experience in process training with F&A background (minimum 3 years).
• At least 4 years total BPO work experience with 2 years of trainer experience.
• Background or knowledge in Finance and Accounting campaigns.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis: identify training needs and provide follow-up on the floor.
• Curriculum and Course Design: end-to-end course design understanding.
• Content Development: develop and maintain training content.
• Course Delivery: apply effective training delivery techniques.
• Research Methodology: basic research knowledge with ethical guidance.
• Partnering: collaborate with multiple functions and client teams.
• People Management: lead cross-cultural teams and manage conflicts.
• Planning and Administration: schedule trainings, manage reports and resources.
