You will partner with category and business teams to set up robust financial processes and controls to support strategic decision-making.

Ideal candidates have Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) with 3–4 years in FP&A or commercial finance, and strong Excel proficiency to build clean financial models.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA (Finance) with relevant finance background.
• 3–4 years in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Strong ability to own P&L and drive insights.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for model building.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to category/business teams, providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned business units
• Track and analyze key business and financial metrics (revenue, margins, unit economics, etc.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams
• Develop and implement strong financial controls and processes for improved financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Prepare and present monthly financial updates to key stakeholders, providing insights on financial performance and trends.
