Qualifications

• At least 8 years of FP&A or commercial finance business partnering experience.
• Significant people management experience.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mobility, fintech, e-commerce, FMCG, or telco.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Partner with Supply and Expansion teams on business decisions.
• Manage a team of independent business partners together with the Head of FP&A.
• Analyse financial performance and identify key cost drivers.
• Deliver insights and recommendations that influence strategy and operational outcomes.
