About the job
What you will do:
Business Partnership: Serve as a strategic finance partner to the Operations team, supporting the financial performance and growth of sub-franchised stores.
Financial Insights: Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve store profitability and support operational decision-making.
Performance Improvement: Partner with Field Services to identify, evaluate, and implement initiatives that drive sustainable profitability improvements.
Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to assess current and future franchising strategies, including impact analysis and risk evaluation.
Technical Advisory: Provide guidance on accounting policies, financial programs, and business plans to support organizational objectives.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, franchising, or the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and internal controls.
Proficient in Power BI, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
