The role oversees taxation, internal controls, and financial policy implementation while partnering with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and HR to optimize profitability and cash flow. CPA/CMA preferred; MBA a plus. Strong leadership and communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance is required.
• CPA and CMA are highly preferred qualifications.
• MBA or master's in finance/BA is an advantage.
• 8–10 years of finance and accounting experience, with 5+ in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity for operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights.
• Analyze performance and recommend profitability improvements.
• Ensure timely financial statements and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulators.
• Lead FP&A, cost accounting, tax planning, and treasury activities.
• Drive financial systems improvements and automation.
