About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join the team at LONG HARBOR LOGISTIC CORPORATION in our San Nicolas Manila City Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance department with a range of accounting and reporting tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in financial accounting within a fast-paced, dynamic logistics organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
2. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
3. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
4. Reconcile bank statements and accounts
5. Provide administrative support to the Finance team as needed
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data
7. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
8. Possible to handle payroll.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
2. Fresh graduates with a related degree are welcome to apply
3. Experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and financial reporting
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
