• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other accounting records
• Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems and procedures to enhance financial controls and data integrity
• Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts on a regular basis
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Provide mentorship and training to junior accounting staff to support their professional development
