Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Head in the Philippines to oversee the company’s finance and accounting operations for AVM and table-top vending activities. You will ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, tax compliance, and timely financial information for management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's overall finance and accounting activities and ensure that financial operations support the company's business objectives
• Prepare, review, and monitor the annual financial budget, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Provide management with regular financial analysis and recommendations to support business and operational decisions
• Monitor actual financial performance against budget and identify significant variances, trends, and areas requiring management attention
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and periodic Profit and Loss statements
• Oversee the proper recording and reconciliation of sales generated from AVM and table-top vending machines
• Work closely with Warehouse, Operations, and Procurement in monitoring inventory movement and valuation
• Oversee the company's compliance with applicable Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance and Accounting team
• Ensure the accuracy and timely recording of financial transactions in the company's accounting and business systems

About the role

The Finance & Accounting Head is responsible for overseeing the company's overall finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective financial controls, tax and regulatory compliance, cash flow management, and timely submission of financial information required by management. The role covers the company's AVM and table-top vending operations involving hot and cold beverages, snacks, and other food and beverage products, including the financial monitoring of sales, collections, inventory, costs, and profitability.
