Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Head in the Philippines to oversee the company’s finance and accounting operations for AVM and table-top vending activities. You will ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, tax compliance, and timely financial information for management decisions.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee overall finance and accounting activities
• Experience in financial management and business planning
• Knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L) management
• Experience with sales, collection, and revenue monitoring
• Experience in inventory and cost control
• Knowledge of BIR and tax compliance requirements
• Experience coordinating with external auditors
• Ability to develop and implement accounting and financial control procedures
• Experience in people management and team supervision
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting, tax, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's overall finance and accounting activities and ensure that financial operations support the company's business objectives
• Prepare, review, and monitor the annual financial budget, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Provide management with regular financial analysis and recommendations to support business and operational decisions
• Monitor actual financial performance against budget and identify significant variances, trends, and areas requiring management attention
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and periodic Profit and Loss statements
• Oversee the proper recording and reconciliation of sales generated from AVM and table-top vending machines
• Work closely with Warehouse, Operations, and Procurement in monitoring inventory movement and valuation
• Oversee the company's compliance with applicable Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance and Accounting team
• Ensure the accuracy and timely recording of financial transactions in the company's accounting and business systems
