Job summary

Kily Marketing Corporation in Taytay, Rizal is seeking a senior finance professional to oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, lead the Finance team, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will monitor revenue, costs, and cash flow, prepare budgets and forecasts, and drive profitability through cost controls and effective financial processes. This onsite role requires strong leadership, Excel proficiency, and experience with AR/AP and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with AR, AP, reconciliations, invoices, and financial transactions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, profitability, revenue and expenses.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with accounting/financial management software is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Taytay, Rizal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Lead and manage the Finance team, including performance monitoring and task coordination.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor the financial performance of e-commerce operations and sales channels.
• Review sales, operating expenses, platform and other costs to assess profitability.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoices, collections, payments, and reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls, processes, and accounting procedures.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and better financial performance.
• Ensure financial records and reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Collaborate with other departments on budgets, expenses, sales, and other financial matters.
• Support compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and company policies.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
