Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance and accounting, with possible supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks for financial reporting and GL management.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and internal controls.

About the Role

Our client, an international food and beverage brand expanding in the Philippine market, is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who wants to play a key role in supporting business growth, strengthening financial processes, and ensuring sound financial management in a dynamic food and beverage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Manage financial reporting, including the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business planning and operational requirements.

• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and overall financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.

• Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other core accounting functions.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization to ensure efficient financial management.

• Ensure compliance with applicable Philippine tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Partner with Operations and other departments to assess financial performance, control costs, and support business decisions.

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiency.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.

• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.

• Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial reporting, general ledger management, and accounting operations.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and Philippine tax regulations.

• Experience in the food and beverage, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and financial management skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
