Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Finance Sr. Analyst in Manila to apply advanced cash and accrual accounting methods for a diverse client and property portfolio. The role sits within Financial Strategy and Operations, ensuring accounting policies, controls, and reporting are maintained.

You will produce journal entries, prepare client financial packages, and review funding requests. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, accuracy, and timely delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to apply standard accounting procedures to routine problems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and ensure expenses, receipts, owner distributions, funding requests, and other transactions are recorded for the period.
• Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and timely delivery to clients and management teams.
• Review funding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation, and authorization per procedures.
• Respond to and resolve complex accounting issues and inquiries from management and clients.
• Identify issues and take corrective actions to minimize risk and improve processes.
