Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Taguig City seeks a Finance Associate to lead high-complexity projects and training on process improvements within the Financial Strategy and Operations function.

You will maintain accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls, review vendor invoices, taxes, lease administration, and cash receipts, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and accuracy across the business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of related experience.
• Understanding of processes, procedures, systems within own function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual/complex content concisely.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational and mathematical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Review and present data on transactional activities including vendor invoices, 1009 and tax processing, lease administration, and cash receipts.
• Perform audits for process improvements and make recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Point person for implementing complex process improvements that require a team effort.
• Delegate tasks to team members and ensure timelines are met.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve problems with little precedent.
• Impact own team and related teams.
• Suggest improvements to processes to increase efficiency.
