Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Consultancy/Advisory/Due Diligence.
• 3+ years in financial modelling.
• Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (Lookups, pivots, If statements).
• Excellent English communication.
• Real estate knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trusted Advisor: act as in-house advisor on client real estate strategies and communicate financial implications clearly.
• Modelling & Review: develop scenarios, timelines, data, and present results to CBRE team or client leadership.
• Financial Modelling/Analysis: drive NPV, cash flow and P&L impact analyses across markets and lease scenarios.
• Data Gathering & Validation: collect data, perform quality checks, and coordinate with CBRE/client teams.
• Ad-hoc support: provide financial data analysis and visualization as needed.
• Innovation/model development: enhance financial models/tools with upgrades.
• Client Exposure: work with clients and challenge senior stakeholders when delivering recommendations.
• Other tasks: ensure process consistency and support lease negotiations with scenarios.
