Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Finance Sr. Analyst in the Philippines to apply advanced cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete financial reports for a complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties.

This role involves preparing client packages, posting journal entries, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining policy controls. You will support management with complex accounting issues and drive reporting accuracy in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related tools.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for calculating percentages, fractions, and other financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare intermediate to advanced accounting transactions for client financial statements.
• Create and post journal entries; ensure expenses, distributions, and funding are posted.
• Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and timely delivery to clients and management.
• Review funding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation, and authorization.
• Respond to and resolve complex accounting issues raised by management and clients.
• Identify issues and take corrective action to minimize problems.
• Maintain and report benchmarks and performance metrics.
• Apply standard accounting principles to tasks and solve routine problems.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge across related disciplines and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Lead by example and influence team decisions within standard procedures.
• Explain complex information clearly to stakeholders.
