Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Finance Analyst or Accounts Payable role, preferably in Financial Accounting & Reporting.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Processing and recording accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Performing reconciliations of accounts payable and inventory accounts.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting periodic physical counts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial processes.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-savings initiatives.
• Providing support to the Accounting team as needed.

About the role

We are seeking a talented Finance Analyst-AP & Inventory to join our dynamic team at INTEGRATED MARKET SERVICES (PHILIPPINES), INC.' in Maybunga, Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will be crucial in supporting our financial accounting and reporting practices. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in managing accounts payable and inventory processes, contributing to the overall financial health and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Processing and recording accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
