Job summary

INTEGRATED MARKET SERVICES (PHILIPPINES), INC. seeks a Finance Analyst-AP & Inventory in Pasig to strengthen financial accounting and reporting. You will manage accounts payable, monitor inventory, and contribute to accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a Finance Analyst or Accounts Payable role, preferably in Financial Accounting & Reporting.
Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities

Processing and recording accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Performing reconciliations of accounts payable and inventory accounts.
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting periodic physical counts.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial processes.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-savings initiatives.
Providing support to the Accounting team as needed.
