AWC Philippines Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support general accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in AP, non-trade receivables, reconciliations, and tax reporting.
This is a regular, full-time onsite role located in Makati. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field and 1–2 years of accounting experience, with strong MS Office skills and good communication.

The Finance Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial data.
You will support general accounting functions, handle key finance processes (AP, non-trade receivables, reconciliations, tax reporting), and assist in maintaining complete and compliant financial records.

Maintain accurate accounting records and financial schedules
Prepare financial reports, account analysis, and ad hoc reports
Ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly expense records, including accruals
Perform cycle counts for cash, inventories, and fixed assets
Validate invoices and receipts (BIR-compliant)
Process AP vouchers, checks, and payment schedules
Coordinate with suppliers for billing concerns
Reconcile supplier balances vs. books and resolve reconciling items
Reconcile bank balances and resolve reconciling items promptly
Prepare Subsidiary Ledger (SL) vs. General Ledger (GL) comparison
Create account analysis reports from various systems
Process PCA (Personal Cash Advances) and OCA (Official Cash Advances)
Validate liquidations and prepare deductions for payroll
Prepare and file BIR tax returns (monthly/quarterly/annual)
Prepare and distribute withholding tax certificates
Maintain and organize documents for all government compliance requirements
Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned
Support improvements in finance processes and internal controls
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any business-related course (Accounting preferred)
1–2 years of experience in general accounting, AP, AR, audit, or related functions
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and reliable
Familiarity with government compliance and BIR processes is an advantage
Experience in preparing tax returns
Knowledge in reconciliations, bookkeeping, or audit
Experience using accounting systems (ERP, SAP, etc.)
