Scale-X Solutions is seeking a full-time Finance & Administration lead to support client operations across two childcare centres in the Philippines. The role blends finance, compliance, executive support, HR, and systems to ensure seamless two-site management.

You will manage payroll with STP, invoicing, Xero bookkeeping, CCS and childcare administration, and develop processes for consistent operations across both sites. Strong Excel skills and ISO/NQS familiarity are essential.

Formación

• CPA/Accounting background and childcare admin experience.
• Experience with ISO or regulatory standards.
• Strong systems and Excel capability.

Responsabilidades

• Handle payroll including STP and superannuation.
• Batch weekly and monthly invoices.
• Manage Xero-based accounting and BAS/GST prep.
• Budgeting and cash flow management; centre reporting.
• Childcare administration across multiple sites; enrolments and onboarding.
• CCS administration and family orientation.
