Job summary

MCA Asia Business Solutions Inc. in Makati, Philippines invites applications for a Finance Manager. This on-site role requires 3–5 years of supervisory finance experience, a CPA, and strong leadership to manage multi-site operations including catering and related services.

You will oversee all finance and accounting functions, prepare statements and budgets, conduct variance analysis, and support pricing and contracts. Excellent analytical, communication, and ethical standards are essential.

Qualifications

CPA required and licensed.
3–5 years in supervisory finance or accounting.
Experience in catering, hospitality, or related industries preferred.
Multi-site or project-based financial operations experience.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management skills.
Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Monitor financial performance through variance analysis and provide profitability and efficiency recommendations.
Oversee treasury operations: cash flow management, banking, A/R, A/P, payroll controls, and payments approvals.
Support pricing strategies, tender evaluations, and financial analysis for contracts and projects.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Oversee controls for inventory, fixed assets, procurement, and expenditures across sites.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team with cross-department collaboration.
Coordinate audits and liaise with banks, auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.
