Zohorecruit is seeking a permanent AU day shift, remote Administration & Accounts Support to join our client-facing team. The role combines finance, childcare administration, compliance, executive support, HR, and systems across two centres.

You will handle payroll with STP, invoicing, Xero, BAS/GST, CCS with PRODA, OWNA, and policy/compliance tasks under NQF/NQS frameworks, while maintaining data integrity and professional communication with families and staff.

Competenze

• Accounting/finance background is required.
• ISO experience is essential.
• Strong software skills including Xero, PRODA, OWNA.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Payroll processing with STP and superannuation.
• Weekly and monthly invoice batching.
• Xero accounting system management.
