Scale-X Solutions seeks an capable full-time staff member to support the client directly in her business, combining Finance & Accounts, Childcare Administration, Compliance, Executive Support, HR and Systems across two sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting and finance background, ISO experience, and proficiency with Xero and OWNA, enabling effective payroll, reporting, and regulatory compliance across multiple centres.

Competenze

• CPA/Accounting background with Australian childcare compliance experience.
• Experience with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong systems and Excel capability across two centres.

Mansioni

• Manage payroll including STP and superannuation.
• Handle weekly and monthly invoice batching and debt follow-up.
• Prepare BAS and GST and perform budgeting and cash flow management.
• Maintain separate financial reporting for each childcare centre.
• Oversee childcare administration, enrolments, and CCS processing.
• Provide executive support and HR coordination across both centres.
• Develop and standardise systems and procedures across locations.
