Job summary

Anytime Fitness Superstars is seeking a Finance & Admin Associate to safeguard financial data and keep operations running smoothly at our clubs in the area. You’ll own payroll processes, assist with reporting, and ensure strict adherence to procedures that protect the numbers and enable frontline teams to perform without friction.

In this role you will manage timekeeping, deductions, petty cash, reimbursements, and daily reconciliations, partnering with the Finance Manager to maintain audit

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to enforce processes and maintain audit trails.
• Experience with payroll and statutory deductions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls with zero delay and zero errors.
• Ensure accurate deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and proper timekeeping.
• Handle petty cash with full documentation.
• Prepare timely fund requests and reimbursements.
• Reconcile daily sales, deposits, and cash logs.
• Maintain procurement records and vendor documentation.
• Support Club Manager with reporting and scheduling.
