Job summary

Anytime Fitness Cebu Consolacion is seeking a Finance & Admin Associate to safeguard the numbers and reinforce back-end discipline. You will handle payroll, petty cash, reimbursements, and procurement with strong documentation and audit trails to keep the club compliant and efficient.

Working with the Finance Manager and Compliance teams, you’ll ensure accurate reporting, timely disbursements, and smooth operations that enable frontline staff to perform without friction.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing including statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Strong document control and audit readiness.
• Ability to reconcile daily cash, POS, and bank deposits.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and privacy-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Payroll management and statutory deductions processing.
• Petty cash handling with documentation and timely liquidation.
• Procurement management from sourcing to delivery and inventory accuracy.
• Reconciliation of POS, bank deposits, and cash logs; monthly reconciliation.
