Job summary

Renal Clinical Care Services Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Admin to support our finance and administrative operations in the Philippines. The role involves accounting-related tasks, inventory and warehouse coordination, documentation, reporting, and occasional fieldwork.

Fresh graduates with an Accountancy degree are welcome to apply. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant work experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• CPA license is not required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; at least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or related administrative work is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of accounting software/systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel for work-related errands when necessary.
• Must have a personal vehicle or reliable transportation suitable for field assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting and finance administrative tasks.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize financial records, reports, and supporting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and other finance-related activities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory records and coordinate with warehouse personnel as needed.
• Assist in inventory monitoring, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Excel and accounting software.
• Conduct fieldwork, including bank transactions, document processing, purchases, and other finance-related errands as assigned.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial, inventory, and administrative concerns.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper filing of financial and administrative documents.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned.
