Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Manila is seeking accounting professionals to join our Global Business Services center. The team handles end-to-end accounting to report processes from recording to reporting across Fixed Assets, Inventory, Intercompany and General Accounting.

You will prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, support month-end close, perform bank reconciliations, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Commerce or equivalent.
• CPA license preferred.
• Experience in fixed assets, inventory, intercompany or general accounting.
• Experience in SSC/BPO environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries in general ledger.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and intercompany balance confirmations.
• Perform financial statement analysis and adjustments.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor open items.
• Execute month-end close according to global calendar and SLA.
• Identify and document issues, and maintain logs.
• Review Blackline journals per policy.
• Conduct internal controls reviews and document iPace requirements.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly unit consolidation reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
