Long Faith Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional in the Philippines to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic reporting. You will prepare documents for audits and assist with budget tracking while coordinating with auditors and banks.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of finance/accounting or administrative experience, are proficient with Excel, and familiar with Xero. The role requires meticulous attention to detail in a small team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in finance/accounting and/or administrative support roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiar with online banking payment operations; experience with Xero accounting system is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for all entities, including organising and filing of supporting documents/vouchers and bank reconciliations.
• Handle invoice processing, expense claims and reimbursements, payment applications and submission of payments via online banking for approval.
• Support preparation of basic financial reports/summaries for management review.
• Prepare supporting documents for audits, statutory filings and bank account opening (including KYC materials).
• Liaising with external stakeholders (e.g. auditors and banks) as needed.
