Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

• Proficiency in GL accounting, financial reporting, and close activities.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

• Support accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for tax compliance, audits, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide administrative support while collaborating with internal stakeholders, external auditors, banks, and government agencies.

The Successful Applicant

Non-negotiables / Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
