Job Description

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor team members within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support strategic planning and financial strategy development.

The Successful Applicant

Non-negotiables / Required:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting/finance
• At least 3 audit cycles completed
• Experience working with external auditors
• Strong general accounting and GL knowledge
• Leadership experience (team supervision)
• Experience in product + service (SLA-based) business models
• Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-haves / Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing or multinational companies
• Background from Siemens or similar organisations
• SAP system experience
• CPA qualification (advantage but not required)
