Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Senior Finance Leader based in Biñan, Laguna to lead the company’s entire finance function across manufacturing, wholesale retail, and services. The role includes partnering with global senior leadership and driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with strong governance and controls.

The successful candidate will have CPA with 5+ years in senior finance leadership, hands-on SAP ERP experience, and will travel within Southeast Asia as required.

Qualifications

• CPA with at least 5 years of senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis experience.
• Proven ability in partnering with senior business stakeholders and leaders.
• Hands-on SAP ERP experience.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must be:

Required

• CPA with at least 5 years of experience in senior finance leadership, finance management, business controllership, or similar positions
• Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and SAP ERP
• Proven people management, leadership, and decision-making capabilities and experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and leaders
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required

Preferred

• CTT certification
• Regional or multinational company exposure
• Background in diversified, industrial, manufacturing, wholesale retail, or services environments
