iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation is hiring a Field Technician in the Philippines to provide on-site and in-house support for printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. The role includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure reliable operation and service quality.

The successful candidate will install, configure, and test devices, perform preventive maintenance, and document activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a technical or vocational course in Electronics, Electrical Technology, IT, or related field.
• At least 1 year of printer or copier repair/maintenance experience preferred.
• Willing to travel to client locations and perform in-house service duties as needed.

About the role

Join the dynamic team at iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation as a Field Technician. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing on-site and in-house technical support for printers, copiers, and multifunctional office machines. You will handle equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure that all machines operate efficiently and meet the company’s quality and service standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Install, configure, and test printers, copiers, and multifunction devices at client locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration based on established service schedules.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, connectivity, and printing-related issues.
• Coordinate with clients regarding technical findings, service updates, and recommendations.
• Conduct inspection, repair, and testing of printers and copiers at the service center.
• Prepare and test equipment before delivery or deployment to clients.
• Maintain accurate repair records, service logs, and technical documentation.
• Monitor spare parts usage and assist in maintaining inventory levels.
• Prepare tools, parts, and materials needed for field service assignments.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of equipment and work areas.
• Submit daily activity reports and coordinate service updates with the Technical Supervisor.
• Comply with company policies, safety guidelines, and service quality standards.
• Participate in technical training and assist other team members when necessary.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of any technical or vocational course in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in printer or copier repair and maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in printer mechanics, network configuration, equipment installation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel to client locations and perform in-house service duties as needed.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
