Job summary

Faithm Printers and Services seeks a Printer Field Technician to provide on-site service, installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for printers at client locations.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, install new setups, and ensure service requests meet our standards while coordinating with the operations team for parts and follow-up visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of electronics or related technical course.
• Experience in printer repair or field service is an advantage.
• Knowledge of printer troubleshooting and hardware components.
• Basic computer hardware and networking knowledge is a plus.
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel for on-site service within Metro Manila and nationwide.

About the role

Printer Field Technicians are responsible for providing on-site technical service, installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for printers deployed to client locations. The role supports the company's Managed Print Service (MPS) program, ensuring printers installed at corporate and SME client sites operate reliably and efficiently. The technician will work directly with clients, diagnose equipment issues, and ensure service requests are completed within the company's service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot printer hardware and operational issues at client locations




• Perform repair, parts replacement, and machine configuration




• Install and deploy printers for new client setups




• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance for printers under service contract




• Inspect machine condition and ensure optimal performance

About you

• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
