Job summary

iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation is seeking a Field Technician to provide on-site and in-house support for printers and copiers. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment at client locations, and coordinate service updates with clients and the Technical Supervisor.

You will complete service logs, manage parts inventory, and participate in training to stay current with product offerings. This role requires travel to client sites in Metro Manila and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a technical or vocational course in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in printer or copier repair and maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in printer mechanics, network configuration, equipment installation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel to client locations and perform in-house service duties as needed.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test printers, copiers, and multifunction devices at client locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration per service schedules.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, connectivity, and printing issues.
• Coordinate with clients on findings, updates, and recommendations.
• Inspect, repair, and test printers and copiers at the service center.
• Prepare and test equipment before delivery or deployment to clients.
• Maintain repair records, service logs, and technical documentation.
• Monitor spare parts usage and assist inventory management.
• Prepare tools, parts, and materials for field service assignments.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Submit daily activity reports and coordinate with the Technical Supervisor.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and service quality standards.
• Participate in technical training and assist teammates as needed.
