iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation is seeking a Field Technician to provide on-site and in-house technical support for printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. You will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair equipment, while coordinating with clients and the service team to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires a technical/vocational background in electronics or IT, at least 1 year of related experience, and willingness to travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any technical or vocational course in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in printer or copier repair and maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in printer mechanics, network configuration, equipment installation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test printers, copiers, and multifunction devices at client locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration based on service schedules.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, connectivity, and printing-related issues.
• Coordinate with clients regarding technical findings, service updates, and recommendations.
• Conduct inspection, repair, and testing of printers and copiers at the service center.
• Prepare and test equipment before delivery or deployment to clients.
• Maintain accurate repair records, service logs, and technical documentation.
• Monitor spare parts usage and assist in maintaining inventory levels.
• Submit daily activity reports and coordinate service updates with the Technical Supervisor.
• Comply with company policies, safety guidelines, and service quality standards.
• Participate in technical training and assist other team members when necessary.

About the role

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing on-site and in-house technical support for printers, copiers, and multifunctional office machines. You will handle equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure that all machines operate efficiently and meet the company’s quality and service standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Install, configure, and test printers, copiers, and multifunction devices at client locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration based on established service schedules.
