Job summary
iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation is hiring a Field Technician in the Philippines to provide on-site and in-house support for printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. The role includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure reliable operation and service quality.
The successful candidate will install, configure, and test devices, perform preventive maintenance, and document activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a technical or vocational course in Electronics, Electrical Technology, IT, or related field.
- At least 1 year of printer or copier repair/maintenance experience preferred.
- Willing to travel to client locations and perform in-house service duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and test printers, copiers, and multifunction devices at client locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration based on service schedules.
- Diagnose and repair hardware, connectivity, and printing issues.
- Coordinate with clients regarding findings, updates, and recommendations.
- Inspect, repair, and test printers and copiers at the service center.
