Printer Field Technician (On-Site Technical Support)
FAITHM Printers & Services is seeking a dependable and technically skilled Printer Field Technician responsible for providing on-site technical service, installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for printers deployed to client locations.
The role supports the company’s Managed Print Service (MPS) program, ensuring printers installed at corporate and SME client sites operate reliably and efficiently.
The technician will work directly with clients, diagnose equipment issues, and ensure service requests are completed within the company’s service standards.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Technical Service
- Diagnose and troubleshoot printer hardware and operational issues at client locations
- Perform repair, parts replacement, and machine configuration
- Install and deploy printers for new client setups
Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance for printers under service contract
- Inspect machine condition and ensure optimal performance
- Replace consumables and worn components when required
Client Technical Support
- Assist clients with basic printer operation concerns
- Provide technical guidance to minimize recurring issues
Service Reporting
- Complete service reports and document troubleshooting actionsRecord parts used and machine condition after repair
- Coordinate with operations team for spare parts and follow-up visits
Equipment Handling
- Maintain proper care of service tools and testing equipment
- Ensure professional and safe conduct during service visits
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Electronics, Computer Technology, Information Technology, or any related technical course
- Fresh graduates from technical vocational or diploma programs are welcome to apply
- Experience in printer repair, electronics servicing, or field technical service is an advantage
- Knowledge of printer troubleshooting, maintenance, and hardware components
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking is a plus
- Able to diagnose technical problems and perform repairs efficiently
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills when dealing with client
Additional Requirements
- Must own a motorcycle
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel for on-site service assignments within Metro Manila
- Willing to travel nationwide when required for project deployment, installation, or technical support
- Familiar with navigating city routes for field service visits
- TESDA NC II certification related to technical servicing is preferred (e.g., Computer Systems Servicing NC II or related field)
