Job summary

Skyscope Infinite Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide after-sales technical support for energy storage products, including batteries, inverters, and related equipment. You will troubleshoot, train customers, and support field service teams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field, 3+ years in technical support or field service, and experience in solar/ESS is preferred. Excellent English communication and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field relevant to energy storage products.
• At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Field Service, After-Sales Support, or Service Engineering.
• Experience in solar energy, energy storage systems (ESS), PV, inverters, UPS, batteries, or related equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical/electronic equipment.
• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and technical training.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel frequently for customer site visits and technical support.
• Proficient in English communication.
• REE, RME, or TESDA certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related technical issues.
• Conduct product installation support, commissioning, testing, and maintenance.
• Deliver product and technical training to distributors, installers, and business partners.
• Support the Sales Team during customer visits with technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare technical documents, troubleshooting guides, and service reports.
• Monitor product quality concerns and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate replacement or repair of defective products.
• Handle warranty claims, repair activities, and returned products.
• Maintain good relationships with customers by providing timely, professional technical support.
