Job summary

Shenzhen SOFARSOLAR Co., LTD. seeks an experienced, energetic professional to join our fast-growing team and deliver high-quality smart energy solutions and after-sales technical support for our energy storage and solar inverter products.

The role covers installation guidance, system commissioning, troubleshooting, overseas technical training, and collaboration with internal teams to drive product improvements. Willingness to travel 50%+ annually is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor or above in Electronics and Electrical or related majors.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the solar industry.
Willingness to travel 50% or more per year.
Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

Provide installation guidance, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support for energy storage and solar inverter products.
Organize and conduct technical training for overseas customers with training materials.
Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams for product improvement.
Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve technical issues raised by customers or front-line sales teams.
Keep learning about products and market trends to improve technical expertise.
