Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced English skills required.
• SAP S4 Hana experience is advantageous.
• Able to support North American time zones (night shift in the Philippines).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent and reliable with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from supported sites and provide confidential admin support.
• Process requisitions, invoices, and goods receipts as needed.
• Perform data entry for field assets and KPI input for people and equipment.
• Provide additional work management and data entry support as required.
