Orica is seeking a Field Site Support Coordinator for our Manila office, offering a hybrid work arrangement with a night shift. The role focuses on coordinating administrative support for regional field sites, inputting performance data, initiating requisitions, and supporting work management activities related to field assets.

The successful candidate will have a customer service mindset and be committed to ensuring internal customers succeed, with responsibilities including handling enquiries

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced English skills required.
• SAP S4 Hana experience is advantageous.
• Able to support North American time zones (night shift in the Philippines).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent and reliable with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Handle enquiries from supported sites and provide confidential admin support.
• Process requisitions, invoices, and goods receipts as needed.
• Perform data entry for field assets and KPI input for people and equipment.
• Provide additional work management and data entry support as required.
