Responsibilities

• Schedule & dispatch management across service territory.
• Assign and reassign service calls based on technician availability and job requirements.
• Optimise schedules to improve utilisation and response times.
• Monitor dispatch schedule and identify gaps, delays, or conflicts.
• Coordinate emergency and priority service requests and escalation.
