Job summary

Alpha CNC Philippines is hiring a Field Service Technician (Electromachanical) who can handle basic electrical work, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial machinery, especially CNC equipment. This is a field-based role with regular travel to client sites nationwide and overseas.

You will install, commission, and test CNC machines, perform electrical wiring and system setup, diagnose faults, and provide on-site support.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in electrical systems and basic wiring.
• Experience with industrial machinery (CNC, automation, manufacturing equipment preferred).
• Able to read basic electrical diagrams and use diagnostic tools (multimeter, etc.).
• Willing to travel and work on field assignments across the Philippines and occasional overseas.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test CNC machine tools.
• Perform electrical wiring, machine setup, and system commissioning.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and CNC control system faults.
• Repair and replace electrical and mechanical components including motors and sensors.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and alignment for optimum performance.
• Provide on-site technical support and train customers on operation and safety procedures.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test CNC machine tools, including:

• Perform electrical wiring, machine setup, and system commissioning.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and CNC control system faults.


• Repair and replace electrical and mechanical components, including motors, sensors, servo systems, limit switches, relays, contactors, and control devices.


• Perform preventive maintenance, machine inspections, calibration, and alignment to ensure optimum machine performance.


• Respond promptly to customer service calls and machine breakdowns, providing efficient onsite technical support.


• Install machine accessories, upgrades, and replacement parts as required.


• Train customers on proper machine operation, routine maintenance, and safe operating procedures.

• Maintain company tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory.


• Follow company safety standards and represent Alpha CNC professionally at all customer sites.

Qualifications

• TESDA NC II/III graduates (Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial) are encouraged


• Advantage: Experience in machine repair, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
