Job summary

A leading resource management firm in Quezon City is seeking a CNC Technician to assist in machine demonstrations, customer installations, and provide after-sales support. Candidates should have a Vocational Certificate in Electromechanics or Mechatronics, good communication skills, and a valid Driver's License. Fieldwork is expected, and knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a valid vocational certificate or diploma related to Electromechanics or Mechatronics.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Restriction 2 or DL Code B2).
• Basic knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate CNC machine performance and provide assistance.
• Conduct tests and produce sample CNC cuts.
• Coordinate customer installations and provide after-sales support.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate/assist in demonstration of CNC machine, peripheral equipment and software.
• Performs/assists in performing test and trials and produce sample CNC cuts, including creation of CAD drawings, as needed.
• Coordinates with customers for CNC machine installations.
• Installation/assist in the installation & commissioning of CNC machine and peripheral equipment.
• Provides after-sales support to customers.
• Conducts follow-up visits to customer following the commissioning of the machine to ensure proper operation and help customer during learning period. Help customer end-user with concerns and questions.

Qualifications

• Valid Vocational Certificate or Diploma related to Electromechanics or Mechatronics
• Knows how to drive 4-wheeled vehicles and a holder of a valid Driver’s License (Restriction 2 or DL Code B2)
• Willing to go on Field work to service our CNC machines on-site
• At least with basic knowledge in AutoCad
• With good oral and written communication skills
• With or without experience
• Preferably residing in Quezon City
