• Willing to go on field work to service CNC machines.

Overview

Support Robot / Automation Sales

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate/assist in demonstration of CNC machine, peripheral equipment and software.


• Perform/test trials and produce sample CNC cuts, including creation of CAD drawings, as needed.


• Coordinate with customers for CNC machine installations.


• Install/assist in the installation & commissioning of CNC machine and peripheral equipment.


• Provide after-sales support to customers.


• Conduct follow-up visits after commissioning to ensure proper operation and assist customer during the learning period; help customer end-user with concerns and questions.


• Coordinate with Service Department for repair and other maintenance needs of customers.


• Provide technical support on CNC software and related software.


• Provide technical support to Sales staff as needed.


• Assist during exhibit preparations/set-up of CNC machine.


• Perform other tasks or assignments as may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Vocational Certificate or Diploma related to Electromechanics or Mechatronics


• Knows how to drive 4-wheeled vehicles and holds a valid Driver’s License (Restriction 2 or DL Code B2)


• Willing to go on field work to service our CNC machines on-site


• At least basic knowledge in AutoCad


• With good oral and written communication skills


• With or without experience


• Preferably residing in Quezon City
