Job summary

Staff Pilot is seeking a service coordinator and dispatcher in Brisbane to manage daily schedules for five to seven crews. You will handle 15–25 inbound calls and 20 emails daily, booking work, and updating job details for technicians using ServiceM8.

Ideal candidates will have dispatch or scheduling experience in field service, strong English communication, and the ability to rearrange plans as urgent needs arise. This is an on-site role in a busy electrical service business.

Qualifications

• Dispatch or scheduling experience in field service.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Hands-on ServiceM8 experience preferred.
• Ability to make day-to-day scheduling decisions.

Responsibilities

• Answer 15 to 25 inbound calls daily to book work.
• Manage around 20 emails daily for quotes and changes.
• Create jobs and update details for technicians in ServiceM8.
• Build and manage schedules for five to seven crews.
• Accommodate urgent bookings, cancellations, and reschedules.
• Keep customers and technicians informed and follow up on inquiries.
• Flag issues and escalate where needed to keep operations smooth.
