Qualifications

• Graduates of BS Automotive Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Automotive Technology, or related automotive course.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair and diagnosis.
• Strong interest in automotive troubleshooting.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu.
• Willing to travel across Visayas.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair support to Visayas dealers for hard to diagnose cases, either remote assistance or on-site.
• Create technical reports for assisted cases and field evaluation reports for safety-related cases.
• Facilitate Serviceability Kaizen requests to regional affiliates as part of market improvement.
• Provide daily monitoring updates for handled repair support cases; observe KPIs for response and closure.
• Conduct or develop Kaizen activities related to repair support operations to dealers.

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Field Service Engineer - Automotive Diagnosis (Visayas) to join our Technical Service Department.

This position will be based at Toyota Mandaue South, Cebu and will support dealerships across the Visayas region.

Priority will be given to applicants residing in Cebu or nearby Central Visayas provinces. Must be fluent in Cebuano.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, particularly those who gained hands-on experience in vehicle diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, or dealership service operations during their internship or OJT. We are specifically looking for candidates who can demonstrate basic automotive diagnostic skills through academic projects, internships, dealership exposure, technical competitions, research work, or actual repair experience.
This role combines technical diagnosis, field investigation, dealer support, customer concern handling, and engineering analysis for complex vehicle cases.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Provide Repair Support assistance to Visayas dealersfor vehicle hard to diagnose cases either remoteassistance or go and see activity.
• Create Technical Report for the assisted cases andField Evaluation Report for safety related cases.
