Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related technical course.
• TESDA NC II/III in Automotive Servicing or Electrical Installation and Maintenance is an advantage.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in automotive electrical systems, motor controls, or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive electrical and electronic systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain motor control panels, starters, relays, and VFDs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles, electric motors, and control equipment.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Test electrical circuits using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and clamp meters.
• Inspect and repair wiring, switches, sensors, and control devices.
• Ensure repairs comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to resolve issues.
• Keep tools and workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles, electric motors, and control equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Test electrical circuits using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
• Inspect and repair wiring, switches, sensors, control devices, and electrical components.
• Ensure all repairs comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to resolve technical issues.
• Keep tools, equipment, and the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests when required.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site, overtime, weekends, or holidays when necessary.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
