Job summary

A leading automotive company in the Philippines is looking for a professional to implement and monitor compliance of Motorcycle Dealers to established service standards. The candidate will orient dealers, monitor their service facilities, and provide necessary feedback for continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related automotive course is required, along with relevant work experience in the industry. Field assignments are necessary, and a licensed 4-wheel driver is a must.

Qualifications

THE ROLE

Assigned to implement and monitor compliance of Motorcycle Dealers to established Suzuki Service Standards and programs. Orients dealers and service network on service policies and procedures. Monitor their service facilities, operation and activities through regular field visits and offers necessary feedback and recommendation for continuous improvement of the service network. Provide service bulletins and technical assistance to dealers, as necessary, and evaluate related warranty claims for immediate resolution.
