Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and performance standards. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional vehicle inspection and maintenance services.

• Diagnose and resolve encounter problem in equipment and machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and systems, ensuring all machines and tools meet operational standards.
• Collaborate with customers or field technicians to resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance (PMS) to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Conduct calibration and testing of machines to meet operational standards.
• Identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and calibrations.
• Prepare technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and reports for reference.
• Assist end-users and technicians with technical inquiries.
• Provide training or guidance on proper machine operation and maintenance.
• Work closely with other technical team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Support other departments when technical input is needed.

Previous Experience Desired:

• At least 1-3 years in machine troubleshooting, technical support, or maintenance (fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Experience in automotive repair and maintenance
• Experience providing online or remote technical assistance
• Knowledge or Familiarity with preventive maintenance and calibration procedures
• Ability troubleshooting or resolve complex technical issues efficiently

Special Qualifications (if any):

• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics
• Strong understanding of automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, etc.)
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if needed
• Certification in Automotive Technology, Machine Maintenance, or related field
