About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Northern Luzon Market Associates Corp for Selecta Ice Cream Distributor Operations. This full-time position based in Baguio City will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our distribution network across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective field coverage and territory management
• Achievement and implementation of Key Performance Indicators as required by Selecta and NLMAC
• Sales booking and Collection
• Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Reporting on sales performance and providing valuable insights to the management team
