Job summary

Orro Home is seeking a field-based Sales Trainer in Metro Manila to conduct product and sales training for store staff, coach frontline teams, and drive terminal sales results.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales, retail, or training with actual frontline experience, and fluency in English and Tagalog. Experience with mobile phones and consumer electronics is preferred. You will visit stores regularly to motivate staff and improve merchandising.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant sales, retail, field, or training experience.
• Actual frontline sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience with mobile phones, 3C digital products, accessories or consumer electronics preferred/required.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to conduct regular store visits and field work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product and sales training for store staff.
• Develop practical sales scripts and product selling techniques.
• Coach staff on customer engagement, objection handling, and closing.
• Visit stores regularly and monitor actual selling behavior.
• Activate inactive/non-performing stores.
• Build relationships with store owners, managers, and sales staff.
• Improve product placement and merchandising.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market conditions.
• Support store-level promotions and sales activities.
• Monitor store sales, sell-through, and staff performance.
